Projection Mapping

This project is about creating an animated installation for the El Camino College Student Art Gallery opening using motion graphics

and projection mapping. I built storyboards, designed my own characters, and made a small scale prototype to test the projection.

If everything worked out, the final version was actually displayed during the gallery opening.

Storyboard Overview

Characters paint on a wall, revealing student artworks as if they are being displayed in a gallery. A playful character begins to disrupt the scene by messing up the artwork, leading the others to chase after them. In the end, the mischievous character uses a special cleaning ability to restore the wall, and the group comes together to clean up and admire the final result.
